How the Oktoberfest™ Beer Stein is made
Our beer stein is elaborately crafted by the traditional company RASTAL, a long-standing license partner of the City of Munich. The stein is made of salt-glazed stoneware.

Our official Oktoberfest™ Beer Stein with pewter lid and printed with this year's winning motif, designed by two designer students from Munich, puts the spotlight on the true heroes of the festival. In their award-winning motif, Amiera Harithas and Dinah-Charles Francis pay tribute to those who make the festival possible in the first place with their hard work: Waiters, showmen and helpers. In a stylized stamp look, the annual motif combines joie de vivre, humour and Bavarian hospitality.

The idea, the concept, the design, and the presentation come from KulturGut AG, the company that, among other things, develops and
produces the themed products for the Bavarian Palace Administration's museum shops.
