Please note: Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, shipping to the United States may be restricted or only available via certain shipping methods. For deliveries to the United States, import duties, customs fees and taxes may apply. These are not included in the invoice amount and must be borne by the recipient. Please inform yourself about the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.
Our goods are shipped via the logistics service provider DHL and delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping is carried out as an insured parcel. Due to their different format, posters must be charged as a separate parcel.

Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer, you are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
Where possible, please return the goods complete, securely packaged and in their original packaging. However, using the original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in the withdrawal policy.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued without undue delay, but no later than within the statutory period in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

Complaints and Defects
If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you have received an incorrect delivery, please contact us by email at onlineshop@bavaroi.de. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
