Returns from Germany
Of course, we want you to be happy with your order and our items. If you do change your mind and we cant find anything else for you, then send us the articles back to our Warehouse within 100 days after receipt of the goods under consideration of our general terms and conditions (with included notice of revocation)
Please understand that we are not a huge warehouse and we also dont whant to be. We want to offer our articles at a more than fair price and in any case carry the shipping costs from 50 Euro within Germany and the costs for the reprocessing of the goods in case of a return. After receipt of the goods at our warehouse, we therefore reimburse the invoice amount without return costs. The costs of revocation are therefore more evenly distributed between customer and dealer. If you should happen to get incorrect or defective merchandise then of course we dont charge you any shipping costs. In this case please contact our costumer service so we can solve the problem.

Please fill out the form below and send us your requests. Then we know immediately what we can do for you or which goods will arrive back soon.
Step 1. :
- With your online shop order you got an information sheet with our address as well as a return note. Please fill out the return note and put it together with the original invoice (or invoice copy) in the package together with the item (s). As a result, we can assign the order and process it immediately after it arrived in our warehouse.

Step 2. :
- Pack the item (s) carefully in the original packaging or an equivalent packaging and stick the address-label from our information sheet on the package. You can then bring it to the next post office or give it to the DHL driver.

The use of return note / label is not an absolute prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
Return of freight forwarding shipments:
Non-package (forwarding) goods will be picked up again. Please contact our Customer Service Department.

The exchange of goods works through the normal return or return of goods as described above and the reordering of the desired articles in the online shop. So if you want a different product, simply place a new order in the shop, which will be sent to you as soon as possible.
